In onze depots beheren en bewaren wij ruim 23 kilometer aan onder andere archieven, foto’s, films, boeken, affiches, prenten, kaarten en tekeningen. Je begeleidt het proces van archiefoverdracht van A tot Z, inclusief het opstellen van schenkingsovereenkomsten. Je voert wettelijke taken uit volgens de Archiefwet en werkt met diverse archiefsoorten, waaronder schriftelijk materiaal en audiovisuele collecties.
De Rol
Je ordent, selecteert, waardeert en beschrijft zelfstandig complexere archieven volgens professionele normen en standaarden in het beheers- en registratiesysteem MAIS-Flexis. Dit garandeert dat de collecties van het Stadsarchief goed vindbaar en toegankelijk zijn via de website. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen het team Archieven en Collecties en met andere teams.
