At Genmab, we are committed to creating extraordinary futures by developing innovative antibody products that change lives and the future of cancer treatment. Our workplace values unique contributions, fostering a culture of compassion, authenticity, and innovation. We believe in making a significant impact while enjoying our work.

The Role

The Clinical Pharmacology and Quantitative Science department designs and implements robust modeling and simulation strategies to guide dose and schedule recommendations throughout drug development. As a Senior Scientist, you will provide pharmacology expertise across all research and development stages, focusing on early-stage assets. You will define a translational modeling and simulation strategy and lead cross-functional teams to determine optimal administration routes, dose levels, and regimens for first-in-human clinical trials.

You will gain a comprehensive understanding of pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) related to Genmab’s antibody technologies, developing and refining platform physiologically-based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) and quantitative systems pharmacology (QSP) models to inform experimental designs and critical decisions on antibody therapies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, with professional development opportunities.

This position is a temporary maternity leave cover, offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract.
