• Provide presales technical support by reviewing RFx and identifying customer requirements.
• Coordinate with factory engineering for specific technical requests.
• Design and deliver innovative solutions to achieve competitive advantages.
• Evaluate special requests and propose customizable options.
• Manage relationships among Sales teams, Engineering teams, and other stakeholders.
• Create and perform product presentations for customers and consultants.
• Provide internal and external training sessions.
• Manage in-country activities related to Application Engineering tasks.
• Anticipate market trends and act as an industry expert.
• Ensure compliance with the Company Code of Conduct and Trade Compliance.
• Collect and act on customer feedback to improve offerings.
• Lead and facilitate events for Vertiv with external customers.

• Solid technical background with expertise in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Passion for learning and staying ahead in the industry.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
• Knowledge of the assigned segment and industry in EMEA.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Offering, Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Product Marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and your local language, with a second European language preferred.
• Excellent IT skills and customer/sales orientation; CAD proficiency is a plus.
• Previous experience with products and installations, particularly in Data Centers or similar fields.
