Senior Sales Director Europe - Data Center Infrastructure Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands Region: Europe Employment Type: Full-time Travel: 40-50% Europe & Asia Salary: Up to €130,000 gross per year, supplemented with an attractive bonus scheme and excellent benefits.

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth within the European data center and critical infrastructure market. You will build and maintain relationships with strategic clients at the executive level and lead a team of Key Account Managers. Your work will intersect technology, commercial strategy, and international key account development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the European sales strategy for Data Center Infrastructure.
• Build strategic relationships with major European and international data center clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Achieve revenue, margin, and market share growth.
• Develop long-term partnerships and secure strategic design wins.
• Negotiate at the executive and C-level.
• Responsible for account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Translate customer needs into technical and commercial solutions.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance.
• Lead, coach, and develop Key Account Managers.
• Contribute to the international commercial strategy.

Requirements

• Experience in data centers is a strict requirement for this position.
• We are specifically looking for a candidate who has in-depth knowledge of the data center and critical infrastructure market and experience with complex technical solutions.
• A background with companies such as Schneider Electric, Vertiv, Eaton, Siemens, ABB, Johnson Controls, STULZ, Rittal, or Legrand is highly desirable.
• Experience with similar organizations in UPS, power management, electrical infrastructure, thermal management, cooling, energy management, or data center solutions is also relevant.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Minimum of 10 years of commercial experience, with several years in a senior sales or commercial leadership role.
• Proven experience within data centers and critical infrastructure.
• Experience with strategic key accounts, OEM/ODM, hyperscalers, colocation providers, or similar clients.
• Demonstrated track record in business development and revenue growth.
• Experience with complex, high-tech solutions and long sales cycles.
• Strong experience in C-level stakeholder management and negotiations.
• Experience leading international commercial teams.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and financial insight.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally approximately 40-50% of the time.

Education

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
