The Role

As a Project Manager at DEPT®, you will elevate projects to new heights, maintaining focus on key priorities and translating them into actionable plans. You will be the first point of contact for clients, managing project risks and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, building trust through effective communication.
• Engage with clients on tactical, operational, and strategic levels.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate across functions, combining business acumen, technical knowledge, and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a digital agency.
• Proven track record in delivering complex online platforms within the client's IT landscape.
• Strong team-building experience.
• Technical understanding of online solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with Designers and Developers.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for clients across various departments.
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies, knowing when to apply them.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, results-oriented.
• Proficiency in English.
