We are expanding our operations across Europe and seek an experienced Senior Project Manager to play a vital role in delivering high-performance facilities. You will collaborate closely with senior project leadership, clients, and contractors to ensure the successful coordination and execution of complex data centre builds.

• Provide leadership throughout all project phases, from inception to handover, ensuring alignment with client goals and project objectives.
• Own and manage the project timeline, employing advanced project management techniques to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans (PEPs) covering all aspects of project delivery.
• Manage the project team and lead performance evaluations for all project participants.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to cultivate a culture of excellence.
• Identify stakeholders, establish their needs and expectations, and plan and implement strategies to meet those needs.
• Oversee the financial health of the project by managing budgets, payment applications, and providing strategic recommendations to the Client regarding value for money.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, representing their interests with the Professional Team and Contractors.
