Job Scope
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing customer-funded development and production projects within HENSOLDT Netherlands. This includes assisting with bids and taking charge of all project aspects from contract receipt to final acceptance by the customer. Close collaboration with Sales, Contracts, Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Customer Services, Quality, and Accounting departments is essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage NL MoD Defence Projects in alignment with overall HENSOLDT Group objectives.
- Liaise with customers to ensure the final product meets their requirements.
- Identify project execution risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
- Coordinate with all departments and subcontractors to ensure efficient development and production, meeting customer requirements and delivery timelines.
- Report monthly on project progress and financial status.
- Prepare financial data for presentation to the board of directors and senior staff.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations for delivered equipment.
