We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Team Lead with expertise in cell therapy and biotechnology. Join a top international biotech organization and lead a team in producing life-changing therapies within a GMP-regulated environment.
As a Senior Production Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of approximately 15 manufacturing associates. You will drive daily production activities in a GMP cleanroom environment, ensuring compliance with GMP, quality, and safety standards. Your role will involve supporting investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and batch documentation while collaborating with QA, QC, and Manufacturing Compliance teams. You will monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives, all while working within a 5-shift manufacturing schedule.
Profiel
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Biotechnology, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience in GMP manufacturing
- Experience in Cell Therapy, ATMP, Biopharma, Biotechnology, or Advanced Therapies
- Strong understanding of GMP, aseptic manufacturing, deviations, and CAPAs
- Hands-on manufacturing mindset with excellent people leadership skills
- Fluent in English
