In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining the quality, usability, and reliability of a rapidly evolving digital product utilized by millions across Europe. You will manage the QA process from feature development to production release in a highly iterative, AI-driven development setting.

The Role

You will be responsible for the end-to-end QA process for each product release, ensuring thorough validation of features before deployment. Your day-to-day tasks will include testing complete user journeys across the web application, identifying functional issues, edge cases, logical inconsistencies, UX concerns, and potential technical or data-related risks. You will provide clear, structured, and prioritized feedback that enables developers to efficiently resolve issues and enhance overall product quality. Close collaboration with engineering leadership during short development iterations will be essential, as you help refine features even when specifications are evolving.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete QA process for every product release, ensuring features are validated prior to deployment.
• Test user journeys across the web application, identifying functional issues and risks.
• Deliver structured and prioritized feedback to facilitate efficient issue resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership throughout development iterations to refine features.
• Evaluate product decisions from user and business perspectives, challenging workflows or designs for improvements.
• Contribute to evolving QA processes by utilizing AI-powered testing tools and promoting risk-based testing practices.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a senior QA or product quality role with strong autonomy and ownership.
• Daily hands-on use of AI-powered development and QA tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) for various testing tasks.
• Advanced expertise with browser automation technologies, including Playwright or Puppeteer, and debugging tools.
• Ability to independently explore large React and Next.js codebases and recommend improvements.
• Strong product mindset to assess business impact, user experience, and technical risk.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with changing specifications and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with online marketplaces or consumer-facing platforms is a plus.
