The company unites skilled teams across various domains including game design, mathematics, product, engineering, art, animation, QA, and production to create top-notch slot and casino games for operators worldwide.

The Role

As a Senior Product Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the operational delivery of multiple game development projects, ensuring that products transition smoothly from concept through development, certification, launch, and post-release optimization. This position is perfect for individuals with experience in a casino games studio or game development environment, who understand the technical and product aspects of game creation and have successfully coordinated multidisciplinary development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of multiple game development projects simultaneously across the entire product lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Game Producers, Developers, Mathematicians, Game Designers, Artists, Animators, QA, and Technical Leads to ensure successful game delivery.
• Translate product vision into structured development plans, priorities, milestones, and execution strategies.
• Supervise the development process to ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.
• Drive backlog planning, sprint priorities, production workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor project progress, identify delivery risks, and proactively remove blockers affecting development.
• Support games throughout concept, production, certification, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Continuously improve development processes, Agile delivery practices, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience in casino game development, preferably within a slot game studio or casino game provider.
• Strong understanding of the game development lifecycle, from concept and mathematics through development, testing, certification, release, and post-launch support.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams including developers, game designers, mathematicians, artists, animators, QA, and product specialists.
• Background as a Developer.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Fluent English.
