The Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee our platform products, which are crucial in determining marketplace economics, including pricing, request optimization, and supply integration. You will manage several product areas within your domain, adapting to changing priorities and collaborating with a diverse team of engineers, analysts, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple product areas from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
• Define success metrics and ensure products meet both quantitative and qualitative goals.
• Drive commercial outcomes, focusing on margin, yield, and conversion.
• Identify and scope opportunities, providing your team with clear objectives.
• Translate complex challenges into actionable initiatives that yield concrete results.
• Collaborate with PMs, analysts, engineers, and leadership to align priorities with group-level strategy.
• Engage in hands-on product management, utilizing data, reading documentation, and debugging with engineers.
• Elevate product development standards and leverage AI tools to enhance product capabilities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management, or fewer years with a strong technical or data background.
• Proven ownership of platform or technical products focused on pricing, offers, or data feeds.
• Experience in data-driven product development and agile methodologies, with a knack for problem-solving.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, data models, and recommendation systems, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Strong data utilization skills to enable product output.
• Ability to influence decision-making at various organizational levels.
• Quick adaptability to new product domains and a talent for asking insightful questions.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• A scientific or engineering degree; experience in marketplaces, adtech, game tech, or travel; understanding of two-sided marketplace economics.
