• Work onsite with customers, spending significant time at their locations to learn their business models, operations, and customer relationships across forwarding, brokerage, and carriage.
• Develop a deep understanding of LSP business models and operations, translating that knowledge into clear product priorities.
• Establish success metrics related to customer impact, such as reducing holds and detentions, speeding up clearance, lowering compliance costs, and generating new revenue for LSPs. Monitor progress against these metrics.
• Focus on enhancing the end-user experience for brokers, compliance analysts, and operations teams who operate under high volume and time constraints.
• Collaborate with our Enterprise and Public Sector product teams to ensure a coherent, trusted narrative for what shippers submit, what LSPs process, and what governments receive.
• Engage with customers through discovery, design partnerships, pilots, and post-launch feedback, bringing insights back to the team.
• Write clear requirements for engineering teams and prototype with AI to test concepts before production code is developed.

• You have successfully launched B2B products that customers depend on, with 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in data-intensive, API-driven, or workflow products for enterprise clients.
• You are relentlessly curious, eager to learn about the logistics industry, its complexities, and the unrecorded workarounds. You ask insightful questions and seek deeper understanding.
• You prefer direct engagement with customers, building trust through presence, active listening, and delivering effective solutions.
• You take ownership of outcomes, tracking success by the impact on customers and continuously iterating until the product meets expectations.
• You possess technical knowledge of APIs, EDI, ETL/ELT, JSON, and integration architecture, enabling you to collaborate effectively with engineers and customer IT teams.
• You are passionate about user experience, striving to eliminate clunky integrations and high-friction workflows, believing that complex processes can be simplified.
• You excel in multicultural and multi-time zone environments, maintaining strong connections with the core team while working independently.

• Experience in a forward-deployed, solutions, or customer-embedded product role at an enterprise software company.
• A history of design partnerships, pilots, or on-site discovery that influenced product development and led to measurable adoption and expansion.
• Experience in building platform, API, or integration products that successfully fit into existing customer systems.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven products, including translating complex model outputs into actionable user decisions.
• Exposure to logistics, freight, customs, trade compliance, or supply chain technology is a plus, but not required. We value your ability to learn quickly over existing knowledge.
• Experience with products serving multiple stakeholders with competing incentives, such as marketplaces, networks, or multi-party workflows.

This role is based in Amsterdam, with flexibility to travel onsite to our customer’s locations.

The employment contract for this role will be managed through Deel as we expand our EU presence.
