As the Senior Product Manager for Digital Asset Management, you will lead the Digital Asset Management team within Product Catalog, part of the Core Assortment, Price & Promotions area. Your mission is to maximize the value of digital assets across bol while evolving capabilities for future shopping experiences. This includes owning the platform behind millions of product assets and shaping content capabilities for broader experiences.

The Challenge

Your challenge is to balance two critical worlds. You oversee a business-critical platform supporting millions of product assets, impacting assortment quality, customer experience, and compliance. Simultaneously, you help define and build a reusable capability layer for future content experiences across bol. This requires strong stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate diverse business needs into a coherent product strategy and tangible outcomes. You will work across business and technology domains, identifying common problems and scalable solutions. Success means balancing operational excellence, innovation, and platform thinking while leveraging your team's expertise.

Responsibilities

Lead the evolution of the asset pipeline powering millions of product images, videos, and compliance-related documents.
Define how product assets can better support conversational search, social-inspired shopping, and future AI-driven experiences.
Collaborate with stakeholders in advertising, marketing, and content to build reusable capabilities for metadata extraction, moderation, and content governance.
Ensure relevant content is surfaced across channels and customer journeys.
Develop shared Digital Asset Management capabilities that facilitate innovation across multiple business domains.

Where You'll Be Working

As the Senior Product Manager for Digital Asset Management, you will lead the Digital Asset Management team within Assortment, Price & Promotions (APPA), part of Core I. The team currently manages the critical digital asset pipeline behind bol's assortment, including product images, videos, and compliance-related documents. These assets are utilized throughout the customer journey, from search and product detail pages to recommendations and external channels like Google Shopping. Over the coming years, bol will expand beyond traditional product content to include creator content, banners, displays, advertising assets, and marketing content. Your team will play a key role in centralizing these capabilities, enabling multiple business domains to innovate faster while ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance. As Digital Asset Management evolves beyond product content, you will help determine which capabilities should be shared platform investments and which should remain domain-specific, influencing how content is managed and utilized across bol.
