Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and strategy for a major product area.
• Lead the discovery, validation, and definition of new initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams from specification to launch.
• Define and manage the success metrics for your area.
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the product practice.
• Communicate the vision and progress to leadership and the broader team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management with a focus on shipping software at scale.
• Proven track record of owning significant product areas with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with making quantitative trade-offs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in crafting PRDs.
• Experience collaborating with senior engineering and design partners.
• A proactive approach with the ability to turn ambiguity into outcomes.
