Are you ready to elevate design quality and set high standards to deliver a coherent experience? Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the experience for our restaurant and grocery partners. In this role, you will design partner journeys to enable them to operate their businesses smoothly and efficiently. Beyond feature delivery, you'll define visual and interaction design patterns for the whole team, shape systems, and raise the bar for our end-to-end partner experience—in close partnership with our central design system team.

We are specifically looking for an AI-empowered designer who leverages modern tools as a force multiplier—moving rapidly from concept to near-production artifacts to bridge strategy and delivery.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end responsive web experiences across B2B/B2E tools, including administration/management interfaces and financial reporting tools.
Act as the design quality steward for our key B2B product, maintaining consistency, reviewing work, and ensuring quality.
Apply strong system thinking to define scalable design patterns and interactions for consistency across the end-to-end journey.
Contribute actively to our design system, challenging it when it doesn't serve users and proposing improvements.
Collaborate with the partner marketing team to shape the visual language and advocate for design patterns.
Work closely with User Researchers to frame problem spaces and translate partner insights into validated product solutions.
Partner with Product Managers to inspire teams with clear design visions and build momentum with stakeholders.
Navigate ambiguity through high-fidelity prototypes, providing the team with tangible concepts to react to.
Confidently leverage AI tools in your design workflow for exploration, prototyping, and accelerating production.
Develop others through feedback and mentoring, with voluntary coaching opportunities available within the JET design community.

Requirements

Proven experience designing complex, operational, or data-rich B2B or B2E tools, with a curiosity to learn new business domains and user workflows.
Strong UX/UI fundamentals, with expertise in applying and expanding established design systems.
Holistic systems thinking and journey design skills, connecting front-end user touchpoints with back-end operational workflows.
Empathy for diverse users, adapting design patterns to varying user needs.
Strong collaboration skills to align design teams and product domains for a unified partner experience.
Self-driven ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple complex initiatives.
Evidence of leveraging modern AI tools to rapidly iterate and bridge strategy with execution.
Bonus: Technical comfort with front-end fundamentals or a design engineering background.
