Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Manage end-to-end Dutch payroll execution in Nmbrs, including monthly runs, holiday allowances, year-end closes, and payroll calendar management.
  • Ensure compliance with Dutch payroll tax and social security regulations, including timely loonaangifte to the Belastingdienst.
  • Accurately administer complex pay items such as the 30% ruling, expatriate taxation, and pension contributions.
  • Run and reconcile shadow payrolls for internationally mobile employees.
  • Serve as a backup for international payrolls, maintaining knowledge of country calendars and controls.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis for payroll issues and implement durable solutions.
  • Drive process harmonization to minimize manual steps and improve efficiency.
  • Lead payroll execution during transitions and ensure clean payroll accounting.
  • Monitor preventative controls and improve audit readiness.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex payroll issues, providing authoritative explanations.
  • Collaborate with HR Ops, Finance, and international payroll providers to enhance service quality.

Vereisten:

  • Minimum 7+ years of Dutch payroll experience in complex environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Nmbrs, including payroll execution and configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch payroll compliance and international payroll.
  • Proven payroll controllership skills and experience improving payroll processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and fluency in English, with professional proficiency in Dutch.
