Senior Operator for New Pharmaceutical Facility at MSD Nederland

The Role

In this position, you will contribute to the start-up, stabilization, and ongoing development of our new production facility. Success in this role requires technical expertise, collaboration, coaching, and a commitment to continuous learning. Responsibilities

Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of SOPs and work instructions.
Train, coach, and support Operators in enhancing their skills and confidence.
Foster an inclusive environment where colleagues feel comfortable sharing ideas and learning.
Collaborate with colleagues to identify improvement opportunities and resolve operational challenges.
Work with stakeholders to achieve production, quality, and safety objectives.
Support the implementation and optimization of new production processes and digital manufacturing systems.
Share operational expertise to build a capable and engaged production team.

Requirements

MBO level 4 diploma or equivalent education and relevant work experience.
Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical, food, chemical, medical device).
Interest in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
Experience in coaching and training, or a desire to develop these skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in Dutch and/or English.
A focus on safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Experience with GMP and digital manufacturing systems is advantageous, but we provide extensive training and development opportunities.
