About This Opportunity

We are collaborating with a top foundational AI lab to identify skilled senior medical writers to assist in training their latest language model for professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.

The Role

You will utilize your 5+ years of experience in clinical research, biomedical science, or pharmaceutical/regulatory affairs to create, evaluate, and enhance AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. Your work will span core workflows, including clinical study reports, protocol synopses, investigator brochures, regulatory dossier modules, medical affairs slide decks, and publication plans.

Responsibilities

• Author and review clinical study reports, protocol synopses, and regulatory dossier modules for pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO organizations.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP standards and FDA/EMA regulatory expectations.
• Maintain scientific rigor in investigator brochures and medical affairs materials.
• Craft high-quality documents, spreadsheets, and slides with exceptional written communication and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Proven experience in authoring or reviewing clinical study reports, protocol synopses, or regulatory dossier modules.
• Strong familiarity with ICH-GCP standards and FDA/EMA regulatory expectations.
• Expert-level skills in document, spreadsheet, and slide creation.
