De rol

In this role, you will report to the Head of Strategy & Transformation and work closely with senior leaders across the organization. You will be responsible for:

• Driving growth and transformation initiatives in core areas such as AI, strategy, go-to-market, product and business model, performance, and people.
• Translating strategy into actionable execution plans, maintaining delivery timelines, critical-path tracking, and decision logs.
• Supporting the Transformation Office in governance and prioritization across workstreams.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability for outcomes and timelines, and proactively addressing issues.
• Preparing executive-level materials, including presentations and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Bringing AI fluency to the role, understanding its impact on products, workflows, and business models.

Vereisten

• A proven background in business consulting combined with in-house strategy or transformation experience.
• Experience working directly with senior management and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of transformation, strategy, and execution; comfortable with both strategic vision and operational details.
• Exceptional communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• A structured, hands-on, self-directed working style, capable of thriving in ambiguity.
• Genuine interest in healthcare, life sciences, and AI.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German or Dutch is a plus.
• Strong change management and stakeholder management skills, with experience in multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
