Transformation Enablement is a growing community within the People & Transformation team at KPMG Advisory. We seek professionals who are excited about challenging change initiatives for clients and want to contribute to the further development and impact of this community. As a Senior Transformation Manager, you will be involved from day one in large-scale and often complex programs. You will bring clarity from your expertise in program management, strategic stakeholder management, and change management. You will work in dynamic environments with colleagues and stakeholders from various disciplines. The work is diverse, analytically challenging, and requires decisiveness. Examples of assignments include restructuring programs, recovery programs, strategic execution programs, and deal-related projects. You will directly contribute to transformations that matter for our clients.

Within People & Transformation, you will work in one integrated team, which includes four Communities of Practice: Organizational Change Management, Technology Change Management, Transformation Enablement, and Culture & Strategy Alignment. These communities provide space for deepening, knowledge sharing, and professional development. What connects us is a solid foundation in project and program management and knowledge of (behavioral) change to help clients move forward. We tackle transformations integrally: from strategy and technology to behavior and culture.

The team is characterized by energy, craftsmanship, and a strong focus on collective impact.
