The Role: You will lead the BENLUKIE legal team within the global Group Legal department, overseeing the in-house legal function across the Cluster. Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality legal advice to commercial and operational units, focusing on transportation, logistics, and contract law.
  • Acting as the primary legal partner for the BENLUKIE Cluster, engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Managing the review, drafting, negotiation, and management of commercial agreements to support business growth.
  • Offering strategic guidance on disputes and litigation, ensuring risk assessment and resolution strategies are in place.
  • Coordinating external legal counsel as needed and representing the legal function with governmental and regulatory authorities.
  • Driving compliance with DSV's policies and governance frameworks while ensuring adherence to applicable laws.
  • Promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the legal team.
