You communicate complex ideas effectively and seek the underlying questions. As a (Senior) Manager, you possess:

A strong advisory profile with relevant experience in defense, national security, or a related field, or a public sector professional transitioning to advisory.
At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in consultancy, focusing on defense, national security, or resilience.
A keen interest in the defense and national security agenda in the Netherlands and Europe.
Experience in team management, stakeholder engagement, and delivering complex projects.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch (native level) and preferably English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical and social skills, with a proactive, structured approach to problem-solving while maintaining integrity and discretion.
A Master's degree in social sciences, communication sciences, international relations, security studies, public administration, or a related field.
Dutch nationality due to screening and security clearance requirements.
