About the Company

Woonplus has made significant strides in contract management and process improvement over the past three years, particularly in daily maintenance, including both repair and turnover maintenance. Our primary goal is tenant satisfaction, achieved through collaboration with our partners under a co-making contract. These developments require internal monitoring to ensure continuous improvement.

The Role

As a Senior Maintenance Manager, you will functionally lead four supervisors and support them with complex technical issues. You will further develop and optimize maintenance processes in collaboration with our co-makers. Additionally, you will monitor the daily maintenance budget and report to the area manager. You will assess maintenance execution against policies and complex management plans while overseeing the performance of maintenance partners. You will also mediate disputes with tenants, including through the Rent Committee and Dispute Advisory Committee, and work closely with other departments within Woonplus.

Requirements

• Passion for daily maintenance and prioritizing tenant needs.
• Strong results-oriented mindset with a focus on monitoring goals and daily process management.
• Digital proficiency and optimal use of data and systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to naturally lead and manage a diverse team.
• Experience in a managerial or coaching role.
• Completed higher professional education (HBO), preferably in a construction or technical field.
• Extensive experience in the field, ideally within a housing corporation, in a supervisory or directing role.
• Willingness to participate in on-call and standby services once every six weeks.

What We Offer

• A one-year employment contract (36 hours per week) with the prospect of a permanent contract if the collaboration is satisfactory.
• A competitive salary according to the Woondiensten collective labor agreement (salary range €3,978 - €5,704, depending on relevant knowledge and experience).
• A generous compensation of over €1,000 for each standby and on-call service.
