We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to take charge of designing, training, and deploying machine learning models in production environments. This position requires a blend of advanced machine learning knowledge and robust software engineering skills, overseeing models from research through to large-scale inference.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy machine learning models at production scale.
• Lead architectural decisions for training, evaluation, and inference pipelines.
• Construct evaluation frameworks and monitoring systems for model quality and drift.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams on training data pipelines and feature stores.
• Mentor junior machine learning engineers and contribute to the overall machine learning practice.
• Keep abreast of the latest research and integrate proven techniques into production.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering with a focus on production ownership.
• Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with training and serving models at scale, including deep learning, LLMs, or classical machine learning.
• Practical experience with cloud machine learning infrastructure (AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex, Databricks, or similar).
• Strong foundation in software engineering principles (testing, code review, system design).
• Proven track record of delivering machine learning systems that provide measurable business value.
