In the role of Senior Learning Designer, you will be pivotal in bringing our global Retail Training programs to life for store teams worldwide. Your task is to design and develop practical, engaging learning materials that empower our 15,000 learners to enhance their knowledge, skills, and confidence, ultimately delivering an award-winning customer experience in-store.

The Role

You will work closely with Training Program Managers, Learning Operations, International Trainers, and other retail stakeholders in a dynamic international environment. Your contributions will include e-learning modules, one-pagers, posters, videos, and workshop materials, all aimed at translating training needs into effective learning experiences. Your blend of creativity, structure, and stakeholder awareness will help us create practical, brand-aligned learning solutions ready for implementation in various markets.

Responsibilities

• Review Retail training briefs and translate objectives into clear learning material plans.
• Create and update learner-centered Retail training materials across strategic and continuous topics.
• Develop learning assets such as Book of Rituals modules, one-pagers, posters, videos, workshop materials, and other store-facing content.
• Manage timelines, priorities, feedback rounds, and stakeholder expectations across multiple projects.
• Ensure technical accuracy and availability of training content on relevant LMS platforms and support localization needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality learning materials for international markets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in training design, instructional design, or learning material design in an international setting, preferably in Retail or Beauty.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, design, instructional design, education, psychology, communications, or a related field.
• Experience with eLearning and LMS tools, design tools such as Canva, and project management tools like Jira.
• Ability to translate business or training briefs into practical formats including e-learning, one-pagers, posters, videos, or workshop materials.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, effective management of competing priorities, and clear communication with diverse stakeholder groups.
