Als Senior Laboratoriumtechnicus bij Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Leiden, werk je aan baanbrekende wetenschappelijke innovaties die levens veranderen. Je maakt deel uit van de afdeling Advanced Therapeutics, Analytical Development, en ondersteunt productie- en laboratoriumactiviteiten.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Release en stabiliteitstests uitvoeren van GMP/TOX en klinische batches.
- Assaykwalificaties uitvoeren in GMP-gekwalificeerde laboratoria.
- Documentatie nauwkeurig invullen, zoals digitale assay-runbladen en laboratoriumnotities.
- Ondersteunen van procesontwikkelingstests.
- Cellenculturen, waaronder passeren en inzaaien van cellen.
- Diverse documenten schrijven en bijwerken (bijv. testinstructies, werkinstructies).
- Routinetests uitvoeren in GMP- en niet-GMP-werkstromen.
- Kwalificaties uitvoeren.
- Samenwerken met externe partijen zonder directe lijnmanagementtaken.
- Junior medewerkers begeleiden en beïnvloeden.
