• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Commercial Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or similar roles.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence outcomes.
• Excellent analytical skills and commercial acumen, with experience interpreting sales data.
• Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel weekly to Belgium and the Netherlands for customer meetings and events.

• Experience in foodservice, hospitality, food manufacturing, wholesale, retail, or consumer goods.
• Understanding of digital commerce and customer engagement strategies.
• Experience in international and cross-functional business environments.
