De Rol

In your role as a Senior Investment Broker, you will ask yourself:

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Advising private and institutional investors, developers, and property owners on purchase, sale, and investment matters.
• Actively engaging in the market, building relationships, developing new propositions, and creating commercial opportunities.
• Serving as the strategic advisor for your clients from the first meeting to closing.
• Collaborating with specialized colleagues in valuations, property management, and commercial real estate to provide truly integrated advice.

Vereisten

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate or investment property.
• Proven experience with real estate transactions.
• HBO+/WO work and thinking level.
• Knowledge of property valuations, returns, and financing structures.
• Strong commercial skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• A solid conversation partner for investors and property owners.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• A good sense of numbers and relationships.
• RM, RT, MRE, or MSRE is a plus.
