For our client, an international and rapidly expanding organization with its EMEA headquarters in Utrecht, we are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for EMEA Sales & Marketing. This highly strategic role supports a growing Sales & Marketing organization across 27 countries in EMEA. Working closely with senior commercial leaders, you will be instrumental in shaping the future organization and building the people capabilities essential for continued growth. You will report directly to the Sr. HR Director EMEA, also based in Utrecht.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior Sales & Marketing leaders across EMEA.
• Drive initiatives related to organizational design and operating models.
• Lead talent management and succession planning processes.
• Support leadership and capability development.
• Provide advice on organizational growth and workforce planning.
• Manage complex change and transformation programs.
• Develop scalable people processes to support a rapidly growing business.
• Influence and challenge senior stakeholders to achieve sustainable business outcomes.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Senior HR Business Partner, HR Leader, or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in organizational design and effectiveness.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale change and transformation initiatives.
• A solid background in talent management and succession planning.
• Experience in supporting commercial or sales-led organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience in an international matrix environment.
• Ability to navigate complexity, ambiguity, and rapid growth.

Experience with Works Councils, employee representative bodies, trade unions, and cross-country employee relations environments is a strong advantage.

Scope

The role supports the EMEA Sales & Marketing organization across 27 countries, including DACH, France, UK & Ireland, Iberia, Benelux, Italy, Middle East & Africa, and Eastern Europe.
