The Role:

As a Senior Hotel Technician, you will:

• Handle small repairs, maintenance tasks, and touch-ups, ensuring everything from taps to doors is in perfect condition.
• Monitor all technical systems to guarantee smooth operations.
• Coordinate with external service providers and manage facility maintenance effectively.
• Engage in painting and sealing work throughout the hotel.
• Collaborate closely with our Corporate Office in Munich and the housekeeping team.
• Conduct regular maintenance and safety checks in coordination with our Maintenance Manager.
• Order materials needed for your tasks in consultation with the Hotel Manager.

Requirements:

• Proven all-rounder with solid technical skills and craftsmanship, ideally with an apprenticeship in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work.
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Ability to efficiently manage external service providers.
• Hands-on skills in painting, electrical work, and plumbing.
• A positive attitude and a good sense of humor.
• Flexibility to cover occasional weekend or evening shifts.
• Fluent in Dutch; English skills are a plus for effective communication with international guests.
