Senior Group Product Manager – Logistics Platform & Services Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; London, UK; or Berlin, Germany Work model: Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home Employment type: Full-time In this role, you will lead the product strategy and execution for a global logistics platform, focusing on delivery-as-a-service, systems integrations, and operational tooling. You will combine platform reliability and scalability with commercial growth, product innovation, and the development of product management teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and roadmaps for Delivery as a Service (DaaS), Integrations, and Logistics Tooling.
  • Develop a scalable, commercially competitive white-label delivery platform for external partners.
  • Define integration standards and workflows that connect ordering systems, logistics platforms, and delivery partners.
  • Lead the development of tools for courier agents, fleet operators, and logistics configuration, including AI-powered capabilities.
  • Balance platform reliability, operational efficiency, and scalability with new product and revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Commercial teams to establish priorities and achieve measurable results.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop Product Managers, enhancing product capabilities and execution standards.
  • Define a strategic vision for AI-driven operational tooling and communicate priorities to senior stakeholders.
  • Represent the Logistics Services domain in cross-functional planning and platform architecture decisions.
