The Role

Utilize campaign performance data and audience insights to challenge and enhance media strategies.
Create integrated digital media plans across relevant channels and platforms.
Plan, activate, and optimize paid media campaigns to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Ensure high-quality campaign execution and media excellence in collaboration with internal teams and agency partners.
Maintain media testing and experimentation roadmaps aligned with global frameworks.
Analyze campaign results and contribute to comprehensive media performance reporting with actionable recommendations.
Identify opportunities for improving targeting, channel mix, creative performance, and overall media ROI.
Coach and support junior team members, sharing expertise in awareness and consideration campaigns.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, local market teams, media agencies, and technology partners.
