The Role

You will join us at an exciting time as we are deep into the iterative prototyping process for our upcoming titles. As a Senior Game Artist, you will be a vital part of our team, helping to define the visual style of our games and transforming those concepts into market-testable prototypes on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities

Define and own the visual direction of our games, from initial concepts and mockups to polished, playable prototypes.
Quickly turn loose game ideas into clear visual concepts, finding the right art direction without excessive production during the prototyping phase.
Plan and prioritize art production across multiple prototypes while balancing speed, quality, and scope.
Create game-ready 2D and 3D assets throughout the production pipeline, including characters, environments, props, UI, animation, and VFX as needed.
Work hands-on to create and implement assets, set up scenes, materials, animations, lighting, and visual effects.
Collaborate closely with developers and producers to ensure art, gameplay, and game feel are cohesive.
Provide clear direction and feedback to a small team of artists, maintaining visual consistency and ensuring high-quality delivery.
Assist in refining our art pipeline and development process for optimal team performance.
