Canon EMEA is looking for a Senior Fulfillment Coordinator to support our Customer Fulfillment Department. This role is essential in managing customer orders, queries, and claims from entry to delivery, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA). You will work with multi-location customers, interfacing with various sales, operations, and functional groups to ensure smooth order flow. Monitoring compliance with delivery dates and quantities is crucial, as is providing timely order information. You will also be responsible for meeting productivity and quality metrics, collaborating closely with Canon National Sales Organizations, Business Units, and Service Excellence Teams to share best practices and identify areas for improvement. Effective communication with all stakeholders about business requirements is key to success in this role.

Responsibilities

Manage orders, queries, and claims from order entry through to product delivery while respecting SLAs.
Support multi-location customers with various services at each site.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and other teams to ensure proper order flow.
Monitor compliance with delivery dates and quantities, initiating proactive measures to enhance delivery reliability.
Achieve scorecard productivity and quality metrics.
Work with Canon NSOs, Business Units, and Service Excellence Teams to share best practices.
Identify and develop areas for improvement, delivering insights to enhance Customer Fulfillment efficiency.
Communicate business requirements effectively with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

Fluent in English and German; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Minimum MBO level education.
Proficient in MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Self-motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong business acumen and understanding.
Willingness to learn internal systems.
