Canon EMEA is looking for a Senior Fulfillment Coordinator to support our Customer Fulfillment Department. The ideal candidate will have strong German language skills and will be responsible for managing customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Responsibilities
Your main tasks will include:
- Managing orders, queries, and claims from order entry through to product delivery, adhering to SLAs.
- Supporting multi-location customers with various services at each site.
- Collaborating with sales, operations, and other functional groups to ensure smooth order processing.
- Monitoring compliance with delivery dates and quantities, initiating proactive measures to optimize delivery reliability.
- Meeting productivity and quality metrics as per scorecard requirements.
- Working closely with Canon National Sales Organizations (NSO), Business Units, and Service Excellence Teams to share best practices.
- Identifying areas for improvement and delivering insights to enhance Customer Fulfillment efficiency and processes.
- Effectively communicating business requirements with all stakeholders.
