The Role

Join our export team and ensure that clients in retail, automotive, and healthcare experience true Champions League-level service in export. No fragmented processes here. You manage your own client portfolio and have the freedom to handle the full journey from A to Z. From onboarding a client, to the first booking, to the financial completion of the file. Top-level service is what you deliver: You’re on it.

Responsibilities

• Process client requests into bookings with shipping lines, gateways, and transporters.
• Prepare export documentation, shipping instructions, and keep your files organized.
• Communicate with clients via calls and emails to share track-and-trace information or resolve delivery issues.
• Train and guide (new) colleagues.
• Utilize Cargowise in your daily work.

Requirements

• A positive and energetic work attitude.
• Self-starter who can guide and develop others based on experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, import or export.
• Good command of Dutch (B1) and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Cargowise is a plus.
