In the role of Senior FP&A Analyst, you will support the International Rest of the World (ROW) commercial teams through comprehensive financial planning and analysis. Reporting to the FP&A lead, you will manage quarterly and annual forecasting, month-end closing processes, and provide critical insights to senior stakeholders in a high-performing, multi-cultural environment.

• Manage the quarterly and annual forecasting process for the full P&L, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Drive the month-end closing process by reviewing the P&L and analyzing key variances against plans and prior periods.
• Support weekly and monthly business outlooks, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities to the commercial teams.
• Track and provide SG&A bridges and key KPIs for monthly corporate reporting and financial review decks.
• Create, maintain, and distribute key monthly reports and prepare necessary accruals for the Accounting and Controlling teams.
• Innovate by driving process efficiencies with a continuous improvement mindset to streamline financial reporting.
• Achieve high-quality results on ad-hoc requests from senior stakeholders, including financial modeling and business case support.
