We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to lead complex financial analyses and support strategic decisions. This role requires a blend of deep modeling expertise and strong business partnering skills to translate data into clear narratives for leadership action.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis and management reporting.
• Collaborate with business leaders on planning and decision support.
• Create dashboards and KPI reporting for functional teams.
• Assist in preparing board materials, fundraising efforts, and strategic planning.
• Mentor junior analysts and review their outputs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years in FP&A, investment banking, or corporate finance.
• Proficient in advanced Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and unit economics.
• Familiarity with planning tools such as Adaptive, Anaplan, Pigment, or NetSuite Planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CFA, MBA, or CPA is advantageous.
