In this client-facing role, you will shape and lead strategic Tech Ops and Manufacturing transformations within Capgemini's NCE SBU, establishing our credibility in regulated manufacturing, quality, and supply chain environments. By integrating capabilities from various Capgemini business lines and utilizing the latest technologies, including Agentic AI, you will enable future-ready Pharma operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and co-own strategic pursuits alongside Sales and Account teams, serving as the lead domain solution authority.
  • Define comprehensive target architectures that encompass business, technology, and operating model perspectives.
  • Facilitate client-facing visioning, roadmap, and solution-definition workshops with senior stakeholders.
  • Clearly articulate value propositions and business cases linked to measurable outcomes.
  • Lead functional domain squads from different Capgemini business lines within the NCE LS Domain sales hub.
  • Contribute to Capgemini’s domain-specific viewpoints, offers, and go-to-market messaging.
  • Collaborate with global domain industry leads and delivery teams to develop reusable solution assets and patterns.
