In this position, you will join a young and close-knit team at our new office in Tilburg. Throughout the week, you will work on various civil engineering and infrastructure projects, creating and adjusting sketch designs, specification drawings, overview drawings, detail drawings, as-built drawings, cross-sections, longitudinal profiles, and more. You will contribute ideas, keep the schedule in mind, and have the freedom to provide creative and technical input.

Our projects range from the construction of above-ground and underground infrastructure to area development and construction-related projects, including the construction of Spoorpark Tilburg and the redevelopment of Eindhoven's city center.

In our open office space, you will work on the latest diverse projects, and your tasks will include:

• Creating designs, checking them, and ensuring all details are correct for execution;
• Calculating quantities, preparing RAW specifications, and supporting the project manager as needed;
• Maintaining contact with contractors and suppliers;
• Participating in workshops, receiving coaching from senior designers, and having opportunities to grow into a project coordinator role.

What you bring: You genuinely enjoy creating civil engineering and infrastructure designs and developing specifications and working drawings. Additionally:

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
• You have at least 5 years of experience as a designer or project coordinator at an engineering firm or organization focused on urban projects;
• You have experience with AutoCAD, and experience with Civil3D and knowledge of the RAW systematics and UAV-gc is a plus;
• You possess a meticulous, methodical work style and strong communication skills;
• You are not hesitant to ask your colleagues for help or assist them with their project-related tasks.
