About TGS International Group
TGS International Group
We are a global specialist supporting the data centre and mission critical sector across infrastructure, connectivity, and operations. We partner with developers, operators, contractors, and technology providers to deliver permanent recruitment, specialist manpower, and fully integrated workforce solutions across the full project lifecycle. What defines us is not scale, but intent. We operate exclusively in this sector so we can truly understand the pressures, risks, and realities our clients and candidates face. At the centre of our work is a simple belief: people matter. In critical environments, success depends on trust, accountability, and care in how teams are selected, supported, and deployed. With global reach and strong local knowledge, we deliver compliant, dependable solutions that reduce complexity and risk. We focus on long-term partnerships, not transactions, supporting organisations as they grow and individuals as they build meaningful careers. Our role is simple in principle and demanding in execution: to care about people, care about outcomes, and deliver with integrity every time.
