To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Around 5+ years of experience working with B2B and enterprise customers, ideally in a customer success or account management role.
• You're a people person at heart - a great listener, humble, and naturally build trust with both customers and colleagues.
• A pragmatic, value-driven mindset: you’re motivated by creating real impact and thrive in a collaborative environment where success is shared, not individual.
• Experience in the digitalisation industry (preferably SaaS), and comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• You’re tech-curious and feel comfortable navigating IT landscapes and understanding how things connect.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
• EU residency or work permit.

• Fluent in Swedish, German, or Dutch.
• Having experience from a high-growth/scale-up environment.
• Holding a university degree in a relevant field.
