We are looking for a Senior Conversational AI Developer with a proven track record in building enterprise chatbot and voice solutions utilizing Azure AI services, LLMs, RAG, and voice technologies.
The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing chatbot and voice solutions, ensuring they meet enterprise standards and user requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise chatbot and voice solutions using Azure AI services.
- Implement LLM/NLU orchestration and integrate voice technologies.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure effective deployment and maintenance of solutions.
- Maintain high standards of coding and best practices in backend development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on conversational AI (chat and voice).
- Expertise in Azure, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, LLM/NLU orchestration, Vector DBs, and whisper/voice models.
- Strong backend development skills in Python, C#, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), CI/CD, and security best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
