In this role, you will administer, extend, negotiate, and terminate standard and nonstandard contracts. You will conduct proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and customer contact activities to ensure proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. You will examine estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Prepare bids, process specifications, progress, and other reports.
• Advise management of contractual rights and obligations.
• Compile and analyze data and maintain historical information.
• Coach and review the work of lower-level specialists; may manage projects and processes.
• Communicate with senior internal and external customers and vendors to influence decision-making.

Vereisten

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience in Contracts or Pricing, or equivalent experience (OR Associate's Degree with 4+ years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 2+ years experience).
• For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
