The Role

As a Senior Consultant within Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions (OI&DS), you will be instrumental in transforming core assets and operations within the energy sector. You will work hands-on to advise, design, and implement business and technology solutions that accelerate the energy transition, converting ambitious strategies into tangible results.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of key project workstreams, conducting in-depth analysis and designing practical solutions.
• Create high-quality deliverables that support our transformation programs.
• Collaborate closely with client counterparts, building trusted relationships and facilitating workshops.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients.
• Actively support the development of proposals and contribute to building the team's intellectual property by developing new insights on key industry topics.
• Serve as a role model and guide for junior consultants, providing coaching and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering, economics, or business administration.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in consulting or a project-based role within the energy industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process analysis, operating model design, or technology implementation.
• Good understanding of the energy market and strong interest in technological trends.
• Intrinsic motivation to accelerate the transition to a sustainable energy system.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Dutch and English (mandatory).
