Be the True You

You are someone who constantly seeks innovative solutions and collaborates effectively. As a (Senior) Consultant in Resilience, you will possess:

A client-focused mindset with relevant experience in defense, national security, resilience, or a related field, or a public sector professional transitioning to consultancy.
At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in consultancy, focused on defense, national security, or resilience.
A strong interest in the defense and national security agenda in the Netherlands and Europe.
Experience managing complex projects and stakeholders, with basic project management skills; prior experience in managing colleagues is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch (native level) and preferably English, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, team-oriented, and structured approach to problem-solving, integrity, and professional judgment.
A Master's degree in social sciences, communication, international relations, security studies, public administration, security and risk management, computer science, or a relevant field.
Dutch nationality due to screening and security clearance requirements.
