De Rol

As a Senior Commercial Real Estate Broker & Regional Manager, you will be the commercial face of REBO in your region. Your role extends beyond facilitating transactions; you will build long-term relationships with investors, developers, entrepreneurs, municipalities, and other clients. You will combine your own commercial practice with a coaching role for colleagues, identifying market opportunities, creating new assignments, and serving as a content partner for complex real estate issues. You will have the freedom to expand your region within a well-reputed organization with extensive services and a vast network of real estate professionals.

Vereisten

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the commercial real estate market
• Proven experience with sales, leasing, purchasing, and investment transactions
• HBO+/WO work and thinking level
• Relevant network in commercial real estate
• Entrepreneurial mindset, commercially strong, and results-oriented
• Natural connector and coach for colleagues
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Familiarity with real estate calculations, investment analyses, and market developments
• RM registration, MSRE, MRE, or similar is a plus.
