The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Product Manager to fuel the growth of our Institutional Solutions business. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact Ebury’s fastest-growing client segment and provide products and solutions to address their treasury needs. The role reports to the MD Institutional.

Responsibilities

• Identify the biggest treasury problems and opportunities for private market participants such as investment funds and their service providers.
• Solve these challenges through technology, analytics, product, and operations.
• Define a product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams including Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations, and Dealing.
• Identify high-impact opportunities in FX, Derivatives, Interest income, and regional growth.
• Work with internal teams and clients to define requirements, epics, and user stories, ensuring alignment and successful product outcomes.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product roadmap development.
• Develop a deep understanding of treasury management and legal technology workflows.

Requirements

• Domain Understanding

  • Experience with Treasury products such as FX derivatives, interest rate derivatives, and cash management.
  • Knowledge of financial markets technology stacks, including treasury management and asset management.
  • Familiarity with Fintech Treasury Management Systems.
  • Experience with cash management products and solutions.
  • Strong understanding of treasury management principles.

• Product Management Excellence

  • Several years of product building experience in a hands-on role.
  • Proven ability to build roadmaps and navigate from uncertainty to clarity.
  • Experience with established systems and processes, identifying optimal improvements.
  • Experience in developing and executing product strategies involving financial systems or regulations.

• Leadership

  • Flexible and hands-on approach when necessary.
  • Enthusiastic about learning new skills to support your team.
  • Strong analytical skills to frame problems and articulate solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage a wide audience.
  • Proven ability to translate financial requirements into product specifications.
