Ben jij een ervaren Chemical Engineer of Procestechnoloog die energie krijgt van het ontwerpen en optimaliseren van complexe industriële processen? Wil je aan de basis staan van nieuwe productie-installaties, procesverbeteringen en innovatieve fabrieksconcepten? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van procesconcepten en technische oplossingen voor industriële installaties.

Werkzaamheden

  • Ontwikkelen van conceptuele procesontwerpen voor nieuwe installaties en uitbreidingen.
  • Opstellen van Process Flow Diagrams (PFD's) en Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID's).
  • Uitvoeren van massabalansen en energiebalansen.
  • Definiëren en selecteren van procesapparatuur zoals:
    • Pompen
    • Warmtewisselaars
    • Kleppen
    • Reactor
    • Opslagtanks
    • Compressoren
  • Opstellen van processpecificaties en equipment datasheets.
  • Uitvoeren van procesberekeningen en simulaties.
  • Identificeren van veiligheids- en operationele risico's (HAZOP, LOPA).
  • Samenwerken met multidisciplinaire engineeringteams, projectmanagers en klanten.
  • Technisch ondersteunen tijdens FEED- en detailengineeringfases.
