Brite is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to shape the future of open banking and drive our European expansion. Your primary focus will be on increasing our payments footprint by selling Brite’s open banking solutions to mid-market and enterprise companies.

The Role

You will guide merchants on integrating Brite’s Instant A2A payment and payout solutions into their payment setups, while hunting for high-potential enterprise accounts across key verticals to grow our pipeline aggressively. You will build data-driven proposals for C-suite executives and lead strategic negotiations to close complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Consult and advise merchants on implementing Brite’s payment solutions.
• Drive new business by hunting, qualifying, and closing enterprise accounts.
• Pitch to C-suite executives and lead negotiations.
• Master Brite’s open banking technology and assist merchants with integration.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from outreach to contract signing.
• Monitor market and regulatory trends to provide insights to Product and Marketing.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to share best practices and market insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales within the payments industry.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and sourcing enterprise leads independently.
• Strong existing network of prospective merchants and decision-makers.
• Ability to handle complex negotiations and discuss ROI with CFOs.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Tech-savvy with an interest in fintech, APIs, and payment technologies.
• Fluency in English; Swedish or Danish is a bonus for the Stockholm office.
